PRIVATE 1960 BUICK ARCHIVE

Buick60 separates owner material, newly produced display artwork and historical source material so visitors can see what each image represents.

Home-page hero

The Tampico Red Electra 225 Convertible hero is a digital display illustration built from an owner-supplied photograph used as the car reference. Only the car was used as the subject; the driver and original surroundings are not reproduced. The convertible top is shown folded down.

Four showroom cars

The LeSabre 4437, Invicta 4639, Electra 4737 and Electra 225 4867 side views are digitally produced display studies. Each car has one locked body master and fifteen separately rendered color files, for sixty showroom images in total. The browser does not apply a live color tint.

The showroom images are not factory photographs. They may illustrate overall series character but must not be used as primary evidence for exact factory trim, individual vehicle equipment or restoration color matching.

Road Radio artwork

The Red Buick Electra record cover is owner-supplied artwork used with the owner’s original recording. It is presented as album artwork, not as historical Buick advertising.

Site graphics and sharing image

The private-archive badge, favicon and social-sharing card were created for Buick60. They do not reproduce a current official Buick logo and must not be interpreted as General Motors approval.

Historical photographs

Unverified presidential motorcade photographs are not published. They remain outside the public archive until the depicted vehicle, photographer, provenance and publication rights have been established.
